Planaroo turns any UK home into a full-colour story of what it could become: the extension, the loft, the frontage, the garden, all drawn onto the actual property. We are building it from Liverpool, backed by Baltic Ventures, alongside the agents and homeowners who use it.
Backed by Baltic Ventures
We started on the Baltic Ventures Launchpad in Liverpool, were then accepted onto the accelerator programme itself, and are now backed by the Baltic Ventures Angel Syndicate, our first investment in. Each step has given us the room, the mentors and the local network to build Planaroo properly rather than rushing something thin out of the door.
Built with the market, not in a vacuum
We would rather learn from real listings and real vendors than guess. So we work closely with the estate agents and homeowners who try Planaroo, and their feedback shapes what we build next. The best ideas in the product came from someone using it on a live property.
Merseyside first, then the rest of the UK
We started on our own doorstep, because it is easier to sit across the table from the people you are building for. As we grow we are opening up nationally, but the aim has never changed: help anyone looking at a property see what it could become.

Potential is hard to picture in words. We draw it onto the actual house, so the opportunity is obvious in a glance.
Grounded in the real
Every report is built from the property's own photos, its address and the planning history of its street. No generic advice.
Honest about the odds
We flag the constraints as clearly as the upside: conservation areas, head height, the checks that decide whether an idea is realistic.
